Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of Supertier services between the Company and users.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms define the conditions and procedures for using services provided by Supertier.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Service": All services provided via Supertier
  • "User": Anyone who accesses or uses the service
  • "Member": A person who completes registration and is granted access to member-only features

Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

These terms become effective upon being posted and may be amended as necessary. Changes will be announced in advance.

Article 4 (Conclusion of Service Agreement)

The agreement is concluded when a user agrees to the terms and completes registration. Applications may be denied under certain conditions.

Article 5 (Service Use)

Services are available 24/7 unless interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Some features may be exclusive to members.

Article 6 (User Responsibilities)

  • Do not impersonate others or use false information
  • Do not engage in hacking, illegal acts, or harassment
  • Comply with relevant laws and these terms

Article 7 (Company’s Responsibilities)

The Company strives to provide a stable service and protect user information in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 8 (User-Generated Content and Copyright)

Users retain the copyright to their content. The Company may use such content for non-commercial service operation purposes.

Article 9 (Termination and Restriction)

Members may terminate their accounts at any time. The Company may restrict or terminate use for violations of these terms.

Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)

  • The Company is not liable for service interruption due to force majeure
  • The Company is not responsible for user-generated content or damages caused by user negligence

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in the Company's jurisdiction.
